Now that you have a web site and content, you need to advertise. There are several ways you can advertise your new business for free or nearly free.

Step 1 – Search Engine Optimization and Marketing
Although this may sound hard, it’s really not. All you have to do is download a copy of the free software Web CEO and follow the directions. (That’s how I actually learned how to do search engine optimization.)
Optimize your site for the search engines, as well as submit to over 150 search engines, including Google, Yahoo, and MSN. The best part is that this software is updated regularly, so it will always have the most up to date search engines.
Step 2 – Write and Submit Ads
One of the things I like the most about using classified advertising is that you don’t need a website or a list, just a good ad and a list of classifieds to submit to. You can actually make this a complete business.

Step 3 – Write an Article
This is how I primarily market my business. It allows me to combine link building, search engine optimization, content creation, and it’s free. It allows you to provide value to your potential cusomters. This is the “give before you get principle,” and it will definitely help you make more money online.
Keep in mind you cannot submit articles to sites using your affiliate link. If you want to use affiliate links, then I highly recommend you create a website.
Step 4 – Market on Social Sites
Social marketing is a very broad category of ways to promote your business. This includes blogging, video marketing, and social networking sites like Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter.
